Date Night
Two of you and one mystery, with stops chosen for conversation. It's romantic without being cheesy, and it ends somewhere worth staying.
A 90-minute mystery played at real places. Spot what's in front of you, crack the clues, pose for the photos, and the last answer takes you to your table, where something is waiting.
Every city holds two versions of itself: the one you walk through every day, and the one hidden underneath. Lore is how you find the second one.
No screen to stare at all night. Your phone gives you one clue at a time, and the next part of the story unlocks only when you reach the right place.
A letter arrives on your phone: someone in this city left something unfinished. It sends you to the first of three real places, about 2 km in all. Walk it, or hop in a taxi, a ride or a bus between places.
At each place a character texts you live. Turn locks, crack codes, warm invisible ink, take on dares and make a choice that changes how the story ends.
The last puzzle points you to a local partner restaurant or bar, with a reward waiting when you show your screen. The story finishes over dinner.
Every story you solve earns points and that city's wax seal. Solve more and you rise through the ranks, all the way to Keeper of the City.
Open your first letter. The first chapter is free.
Your first seal, and your first table.
You know the city better than its map.
The top rank. The Keepers will be in touch.
Every quest is written for the people playing it, so a first date and a birthday group get very different evenings.
Two of you and one mystery, with stops chosen for conversation. It's romantic without being cheesy, and it ends somewhere worth staying.
A slow, reflective walk for one: the city's history told like a novel, at your own pace, with nothing to prove.
Split into teams, one phone each. Race the same story across the city with a live leaderboard, then meet at the same table. The winners' first round is on the house.
Choose when you play and the story changes where it starts and where it ends. Every version finishes at a local partner, with a reward waiting.
The last clue sends you to a partner restaurant, where your table and a reward are waiting.
Two places, then dinner at a partner restaurant. The final chapter waits for you after dessert.
The first clue arrives with the bill, and the story ends with a drink at a late partner bar.
Leaving a play, a gig or a comedy night? Your ticket starts the story, and it ends somewhere open late.
Every city is split into districts, each with its own stories written around its streets and ending at its own independent venues. More districts and cities open through 2027.
The Cartographer's Debt: a mapmaker, a lost love and a lane he drew wrong on every map.
The Ferryman's Promise: an actor, a ferrywoman and a promise made on the Thames in 1899.
The Highlife Letter: independence night 1960, a bandleader, a singer called Remi and a song he never played for her.

A Cardiff mapmaker hid one deliberate mistake, a "trap street", in every map he drew. It was a message to the woman he lost. Three places in the city centre tell you her story. This is a short version of our first quest.
The full game has puzzles at each place, points, maps, real location unlocks, and a dinner reward at a partner venue at the end.
Finding your location…
Demo. Locations are simulated.
Every Lore quest starts or finishes at a partner: restaurants before or after dinner, late bars for a nightcap, and theatres, music venues and comedy clubs whose audiences play on after the show. Players solve the last puzzle, the map sends them to you, and they arrive hungry, happy and holding a reward you chose, like a free dessert or a drink on arrival. You only give the reward when they walk in. We're looking for a small number of independent restaurants, bars and cafés in Cardiff, London and Lagos for the first quests. The pilot is free.
