"I'm here" doesn't unlock

• Make sure Lore can use your location. On iPhone: Settings → Lore → Location → While Using the App. On Android: Settings → Apps → Lore → Permissions → Location → Allow only while using the app.
• GPS can drift in narrow lanes and covered arcades. Step out into the open for a few seconds, then try again.
• Still stuck? Tap Reveal to see the exact spot on the map. It costs 30 points.

The photo challenge won't open the camera

Allow camera access. On iPhone: Settings → Lore → Camera. On Android: Settings → Apps → Lore → Permissions → Camera. You can also skip any photo challenge.

Rewards at the venue

• Show the reward screen to staff when you arrive. They check the code in the Lore partner portal.
• Rewards are valid on the night, until the time shown, and drinks rewards are for over-18s only.
• If a venue is full or closed, email us with your code and we'll sort it out.

Getting around

You can walk, take a taxi or a ride app, use the bus or train, or drive between places. On the reward screen, choose how you're getting there and Lore gives you the right directions.

Group races

One phone creates the race and shares the four-letter code. The other teams tap Join a group race and enter it. Every phone needs an internet connection.
